The Sea to Shore Glenelg Seafood Festival took place on Saturday, October 28, 2023, and it was nothing short of spectacular. The event brought together South Australia’s finest seafood, featuring top producers and chefs who showcased their culinary expertise from 11 am to 5 pm on the Glenelg Foreshore.
Attendees had the opportunity to indulge in a delectable array of curated seafood dishes paired with exquisite South Australian wines, all while enjoying the stunning view of Glenelg’s sparkling blue water as the sun set.
The festivities continued into the evening with a lively street party on Jetty Road from 4 pm to 10 pm. The entire area came alive with restaurants and businesses taking over the street, offering amazing food and drinks, music, and more. The atmosphere was electric, creating the perfect setting to enjoy with friends and make lasting memories.

New additions to the foreshore hub included popular Spanish Hahndorf eatery Comida, and South Australia’s first sustainable seafood restaurant Angler Stirling. Gelista has also come on board and will be serving a range of gelati flavours to cleanse the palate.
The event featured engaging demonstrations and live tunes that awakened the senses, leaving everyone in attendance with an unforgettable experience and a desire for more.
